Respected Sir,

With due respect to your Excellency, We, the Tamils of Maharashtra, with deep sense of sadness and tears, beg to submit the following:

We understand through media that the Sri Lankan President Mr. Rajapakse, is on tour in United Kingdom on his personnel visit.

As every one aware that Sri Lankan President Mr. Raja Pakse, in the name of rooting out terrorism in Sri Lanka, conducted an organised Genocide attack on Tamils and killed more than 80,000 innocent civilians in northern part of Sri Lanka. Thousands of children, women, aged persons, students, Journalist, Red cross volunteers have been killed in so called “Non war zones” and Hospitals during the entire period of 2008-09. His ruthless action and attitude, the tragidial deaths, human right violations unleashed on the civilian population of Sri Lanka have no parallels in the world history.

He is a known war criminal in the world. Many countries have condemned his action during last year. A resolution condemning his actions were also moved in UN during the war time but unsuccessful.

We enclose herewith the multi media reports and attestations towards his ruthless actions against innocent civilians for your kind reference.

The United Kingdom, as the pioneer of human rights saviour should treat Mr. Raja Pakse as a “war criminal and human rights violator “ and arrest him for his human right violations under the “ principle of universal jurisdiction”

We would like to convey our feelings to Excellency Crown Prince of England and wish that appropriate action will be taken against him by the government of UK.
